Under Australian Consumer Law a remedy or refund is not required to be provided to a customer if the customer:
- simply changes their mind, decides they do not like the purchase or has no use for it
- discovers they can buy the goods or services more cheaply elsewhere
- has damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable
Proof of purchase is required to exercise the customer’s right to repair, replacement or refund.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you would like to exchange items for a different size or product, the items must still have the tags on and not have been worn. Firstly, email info@Nudicover.com with the details of your exchange request and we confirm we can meet your requirements with required item/size in stock.
It is at your expense to return the goods to us by Australia Post bag with Tracking number and you must include at your own expense with a Reply-Paid bag for Nudicover to post your new item back to you. Nudicover does not pay for the postage for any return items. Nudicover is not liable for any items lost in transit.
Take a photo of the Australia Post receipt with Tracking number that you are sending to us and email it to us within 14 days or purchase so we can track your returned item.
Remember to include a Reply-Paid Australia Post bag addressed to yourself with the postage cost paid for. We will take a photo of the tracking number receipt when we post it to you for your records.
Post Bag Size: If it is a Hoodie or Rashie Shirt, usually the smallest / cheapest Bag & Postage fee will be sufficient. If the item is shorts or long pants, you will need to check the size/cost of the return bag and include it with your Returned item. Remember: Take a photo of the Australia Post receipt with Tracking number and email it to us so we can track your returned goods.
NB: A photo of the Australia Post receipt will be required with the tracking number and date sent as proof of returning the item.
REFUNDS – within 14 days of Purchase:
Nudicover will consider a refund if there is a manufacturer’s fault with the product. This would be evident the first time the item is worn or laundered. If you think you may be entitled to a refund, please email the details of your request to email@example.com with a photo, and we can establish if it is a manufacturers fault warranting a refund.
If so, return the goods to us by Australia Post bag at your own expense, take a photo of the item, bag, Australia Post receipt with Tracking number and email it to us as proof of the item being returned. Within 14 days of purchase.
NB: A photo of the Australia Post receipt will have the tracking number and date sent which can be attached to the email.
A $8.80 handling and administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
