Our Amazing Seniors

We meet the most amazing people on our Nudicover journey.  Kurt is 87 years old and still attending Pickleball in Bundaberg.  Asked his secret to enduring fitness, he said a positive style of life, be optimistic, exercise, friendship and socialising, good mix of food diet.  And wearing his Nudicover Hoodie of course :-)
